Startups sell their products and services from their parent’s garage or from their college dorms as we have seen for the past few years. It starts from a small 25-25 meter square spaces, yup, that is all one needs to start creating a system or a website or a service online. The Web 2.0 boom has made it possible for anybody who has a laptop, internet connection, a mobile and some brains to create a business from just about anywhere. Now, once the business starts booming, the founders start looking for a space to sit and hire people slowly, but steadily as they grow bigger in terms of sales.
They may not be an office where they need to wear shoe protectors skoskydd , but still they need to have a decent space where they can provide good working environment for their employees and themselves.
